Stage Technician
The Stage Technician is responsible for the basic maintenance, repair and operation of live stage
and backstage equipment for all shows performed in the main theatres. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance & basic repair on scenery including general carpentry, scenic, painting, automation cleaning, replacement of bulbs, and other maintenance responsibilities as
required.
Receptionist for 6* Cruise Line
Act as central point of reference for shipboard information and services offered to guests.
Assist Guests with routine queries and where possible, provide resolution to problems;
Facilitate the flow of information to departments in order to ensure awareness of guest
issues and assist in resolving any problems;
Previous cruise experience is required for this role.
International Guest Services (Italian/French/Spanish/Portuguese)
Assists all guests at the Guest Services Desk, but concentrates specifically on non-English-speaking groups and individual guests with their special needs and requirements in their native languages so as to give them a full, first class cruise experience.
You need to be fluent in English and 2 of the other languages.
Second Purser
You will assist the Chief Purser in making sure all operations in the department run smoothly.
Supervise reception desk and carry out audits on front office finances, reporting and cash.
Candidates who speak multiple languages fluently would will be preferred.
Previous cruise experience is required for this role.
Desktop Publisher
This role requires someone to develop outstanding graphics and supporting communications, marketing and sales initiatives by creating relevant and engaging content for printed material and/or any onboard collateral.
They will be accountable for all aspects of conceptual graphic design, layout, production of print communications or adaptation of templates
already in use following our branding guidelines.
Previous cruise experience is required for this role.
Lighting Technician
The Lighting Technician is responsible for the basic maintenance, repair and operation of
Entertainment Lighting Systems for all shows. The technician will also perform preventive
maintenance & basic repair on lighting systems, while assisting other technicians with scenery
changeovers and maintenance.
Art Associate
We’re currently seeking dynamic sales professionals who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated and looking to realize their full potential while living and working aboard a luxury cruise ship.
An Art Associate’s primary function is to generate sales, market the onboard art program, and arrange gallery and auction displays while maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiastic work ethic.
Audio Technician
The Audio Technician is responsible for the running of the production and guest artist
shows. The technician will oversee the operation of all Audio Systems onboard. Assists other technicians with scenery changeovers and maintenance.
Set up and operate Audio for variety entertainer and various events other than
production shows.
Lounge Technician
The Lounge Technician is responsible for the set-up and operation of a wide variety of Audio/Visual
equipment required to support various activities, shows and Variety Artists. The technician will also
perform preventive maintenance & general cleaning of all technical entertainment equipment,
including safe and proper storage.
The Lounge Technician is expected to maintain and inspect all equipment and to track inventory in
order to ensure that all props and items are available for the shows.
Broadcast Technician
The Broadcast Technician is responsible for the total operation of the Broadcast Center, as well as the recording of various passenger events around the ship.
The Broadcast Technician will record all events that include guest participation as scheduled in the
Freestyle Daily. This includes but is not limited to: Theme Nights, Standard Shopping
Talks, Gift Shop Walkthroughs, Sail Away Party, Welcome Aboard Department Head
Introductions, Game Shows, Officer Profiles, etc.
Minimum of two years’ experience in TV, broadcasting industry or equivalent in the
Cruise industry is required.
Retail Sales Associate
With outstanding social skills, while conveying a warm, friendly, and caring personality, you will need
to adapt and adjust to a variety of situations daily, all part of working onboard, within a highly
pressured environment that’s ever-changing and evolving.
Understanding the importance of customer service; having the ability,
commitment, and willingness to excel in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Through building

Destination Staff
This role requires someone with previous Cruise Ship Shore excursions/Destinations experience who can:
- Meet and exceed guest expectations and ensures complete guest satisfaction;
- Provide guests with port and tour information;
- Distribute tour tickets and escorts tours
- Be responsible for sale of tours and private arrangements
- Be responsible for dispatch of tour buses and private cars
- Assign tour escorts
- Coordinate with other requirements for tours (water, lunch boxes etc)
- Make port descriptions, booking forms
- Be responsible for organization of guest debarkation briefings.
- Distribute internal tour information
Recreation Staff
The Recreation Staff will conduct and oversee the operation of any of the following onboard
recreational areas: Aqua Park, Bungee, Bowling, Rock Climbing or Sports Courts.
They need to ensure a safe and efficient operation and have the ability to deal with adults and children alike.
Required to have very good customer service skills dealing with both adults and
children that will be participating at events held in all Recreation venues.
Wine Steward
Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service driven?
Do you have experience serving fine wines from all over the world?
The Wine Steward is responsible for beverage sales and service in the station that is assigned to him/her in the restaurant. They are responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the assigned the workstation.
Photographer
Photographers will work within and learn from a team to create and sell warm and
personal photography experiences that our guests can use to celebrate and share their
cruise vacation. They will capture and engage our guests in a variety of
settings both on board and ashore to produce high quality products sold in our Photography storefront.
Must enjoy interacting with guests, photographing and selling in a high paced
environment.
