The Stage Technician is responsible for the basic maintenance, repair and operation of live stage
and backstage equipment for all shows performed in the main theatres. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance & basic repair on scenery including general carpentry, scenic, painting, automation cleaning, replacement of bulbs, and other maintenance responsibilities as
required.
Act as central point of reference for shipboard information and services offered to guests.
Assist Guests with routine queries and where possible, provide resolution to problems;
Facilitate the flow of information to departments in order to ensure awareness of guest
issues and assist in resolving any problems;
Previous cruise experience is required for this role.
Assists all guests at the Guest Services Desk, but concentrates specifically on non-English-speaking groups and individual guests with their special needs and requirements in their native languages so as to give them a full, first class cruise experience.
You need to be fluent in English and 2 of the other languages.
You will assist the Chief Purser in making sure all operations in the department run smoothly.
Supervise reception desk and carry out audits on front office finances, reporting and cash.
Candidates who speak multiple languages fluently would will be preferred.

The Lighting Technician is responsible for the basic maintenance, repair and operation of
Entertainment Lighting Systems for all shows. The technician will also perform preventive
maintenance & basic repair on lighting systems, while assisting other technicians with scenery
changeovers and maintenance.

The Audio Technician is responsible for the running of the production and guest artist
shows. The technician will oversee the operation of all Audio Systems onboard. Assists other technicians with scenery changeovers and maintenance.
Set up and operate Audio for variety entertainer and various events other than
production shows.
The Lounge Technician is responsible for the set-up and operation of a wide variety of Audio/Visual
equipment required to support various activities, shows and Variety Artists. The technician will also
perform preventive maintenance & general cleaning of all technical entertainment equipment,
including safe and proper storage.
The Lounge Technician is expected to maintain and inspect all equipment and to track inventory in
order to ensure that all props and items are available for the shows.
The Broadcast Technician is responsible for the total operation of the Broadcast Center, as well as the recording of various passenger events around the ship.
The Broadcast Technician will record all events that include guest participation as scheduled in the
Freestyle Daily. This includes but is not limited to: Theme Nights, Standard Shopping
Talks, Gift Shop Walkthroughs, Sail Away Party, Welcome Aboard Department Head
Introductions, Game Shows, Officer Profiles, etc.
Minimum of two years’ experience in TV, broadcasting industry or equivalent in the
Cruise industry is required.

The Recreation Staff will conduct and oversee the operation of any of the following onboard
recreational areas: Aqua Park, Bungee, Bowling, Rock Climbing or Sports Courts.
They need to ensure a safe and efficient operation and have the ability to deal with adults and children alike.

The Wine Steward is responsible for beverage sales and service in the station that is assigned to him/her in the restaurant. They are responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the assigned the workstation.
Photographers will work within and learn from a team to create and sell warm and
personal photography experiences that our guests can use to celebrate and share their
cruise vacation. They will capture and engage our guests in a variety of
settings both on board and ashore to produce high quality products sold in our Photography storefront.
Must enjoy interacting with guests, photographing and selling in a high paced
environment.
